There is a wealth of information at your fingertips now, with regards to pregnancy, childbirth, and mothering, it can be overwhelming to say the least.
Yoga encourages you to move towards your self and ultimately stay as your self. To trust in the deep wisdom of your heart, which can be a real anchor at a time of such change.
