Kate, a qualified medical practitioner and mum of three, specialises in yoga for pregnancy, birth and postnatal recovery.
The Pregnancy Yoga classes offers women a relaxed and informal atmosphere to meet other expectant mums and to practice yoga.
Yoga in pregnancy is a joyful experience, allowing time and space for you to address the needs of the physical body, which is changing daily, as well as providing support for the constantly shifting experiences of energy, vitality and exhaustion.
These classes aim to encourage a greater awareness of the physical and emotional needs of the body. Providing simple and practical techniques to nourish and support you through all the stages of pregnancy, childbirth and beyond.
Please note no previous yoga experience is required.
